For the people that want to fix their scoreboard,
go to the HUD file > resources > ui and find the .res named "scoreboard" and trash it out.
That way you can have your scoreboard fixed. The cons tough is that you will have a vanilla scoreboard instead of the 2007-2008 Orange Box one.

Pardon me what file do I edit and how do I edit it as to make the health box appear with the other boxes on right side of the screen?

because the console version had almost the same exact hud without the status hud (the thing on the top)
