FOUND A FIX FOR INVISIBLE EYES!!!!
You gotta go in the ClassSelection.res file, find the "TFPlayerModel" block and set "render_texture" to "0".
I'm gonna post this on Gamebanana as well and if you don't respond soon, I'll probably post it as my own fix until you do.
