i added a button to the main menu that lets you join my party if im online. was bored
NEW ENGINEER BUILDING DISPLAYS
if your KOTH hud timer is glitched, delete the hud and redownload. error with an old version having extra koth timer files that dont get deleted.

- new hud profiles (recolors if you for instance hate parking garages you know who you are)
- 1440p chat scaling fixes (you can read the chat now)
- custom localizations (built on top of Freeday's Alternative Text and billbye's Drastically improved tf_english.txt)

- All weapon cooldown meters / kill counters work (no more weird shield charge meter)
- Custom Vaccinator charge meter added
- Changed Low Health warning threshold from 49% of max health to 60%
- Removed Spy Jumpscare
- Find a Game mode select menu and Casual criteria menus lifted styled after m0rehud's implementations (thanks hypnotize)
